Money-Back Guarantee Policy

By enrolling in the Course, You are eligible for full refund equal to the actual course fee you paid for the Course if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You have watched, as determined by School of PE, at least 80% of all applicable video recordings;
• You took and fully completed the Exam for which the Course was intended on or before seven (7) days after the Course End Date. (“First Attempt”);
• You received a test score greater than zero and did not receive a passing score on the Exam during your First Attempt;
• You submitted proof provided by the test provider of the Exam to School of PE that You have timely completed the First Attempt and did not receive a passing score within forty (40) days after your First Attempt;
• The proof required under this Policy must be submitted and received by School of PE no more than forty (40) days after your First Attempt.
• Upon submission timely and proper submission that you did not pass the Exam on your First Attempt, School of PE will restore your access to the Course for an additional fourteen (14) days (“Extended Access”);
• You took and fully completed the Exam for which the Course was intended on or before seven (7) days after your Extended Access Ends (“Second Attempt”);
• You received a test score greater than zero and did not receive a passing score on the Exam during your Second Attempt;
• You submitted proof provided by the test provider of the Exam to School of PE that You have timely completed the Second Attempt and did not receive a passing score within forty (40) days after your Second Attempt;
• The proof required under this Policy must be submitted and received by School of PE no more than forty (40) days after your Second Attempt.; and
• You have not previously received a refund or free repeat of a course provided by School of PE within the last eighteen (18) months.

The money-back guarantee applies ONLY to the original enrollment, and does not apply to any enrollment renewal, all refunds will be paid to the person or entity that originally paid for the Course and in no event shall the refund exceed the amount actually paid to School of PE by you or on your behalf for the Course. In no event shall any refund be provided more than 90 days after your Course End Date.
