Because we are so confident in the quality of our exam prep courses, we provide our students with a Pass Guarantee. That means if you don’t pass, we’ll let you register for the original course* of your choosing again, absolutely free! It’s that easy.

In order to be eligible for our Pass Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria**:

• You must have attended or watched the majority of your Live Online classes or Ondemand course videos.
• You must have taken and fully completed the exam within a year of your course end date.
• You must submit proof that you failed your exam within 18 months of your course end date.
• One free repeat per student.***

The Pass Guarantee cannot be postponed, extended, transferred to another person, or applied to a different course. It will be in the same delivery method as your original course.
