Prepaid License: For those who still have $800+ of their Kimley-Horn Licensure Allotment remaining, select this option to use one of our prepaid licenses. You will not have to input any payment information or complete an expense report. The $800 course fee will be deducted from your $1,500 cumulative lifetime maximum for review courses.

Pay via Credit Card: Reach out to your regional HR Coordinator to determine which portion of your expense is reimbursable. If you have used all your allotted review course allowance, please pay out of pocket using a personal form of payment. If you have some, but not all, of your allotted review course allowance remaining, please pay with your corporate AMEX card. When you complete your expense report, itemize the amount beyond their allowance as “Personal – Do Not Reimburse.
