School of PE is excited to partner with Kimley Horn to offer award-winning FE and PE licensure exam prep training options and courses featuring instructor-led lecture videos, notes, practice exams, a question bank, and instructor interaction. Options include self-paced 6-month OnDemand courses or Live Online Webinar courses held throughout the year (please view the course pages on the site for more information about course schedules).
PE exam prep courses can be purchased at a discounted rate of $800. Kimley Horn has prepaid for these courses, allowing eligible employees to enroll without seeking reimbursement. If you have less than $800 remaining in your Licensure Allotment, please pay via credit card and work with your HR Partner on expensing the cost.
FE exam prep courses can be purchased at a discounted rate of $585. Employees may either use a prepaid course provided by Kimley Horn or purchase the course and seek reimbursement through the Licensure Allotment process, in accordance with Kimley Horn's reimbursement guidelines. If you have questions about eligibility or reimbursement, please contact your HR Partner.

Note : Prepaid License: For those who still have $800+ of their Kimley-Horn Licensure Allotment remaining, select this option to use one of our prepaid licenses. You will not have to input any payment information or complete an expense report. The $800 course fee will be deducted from your $1,500 cumulative lifetime maximum for review courses.
Pay via Credit Card: Reach out to your regional HR Coordinator to determine which portion of your expense is reimbursable. If you have used all your allotted review course allowance, please pay out of pocket using a personal form of payment. If you have some, but not all, of your allotted review course allowance remaining, please pay with your corporate AMEX card. When you complete your expense report, itemize the amount beyond their allowance as “Personal – Do Not Reimburse.
