TOURNAMENT TIME BRACKET CHALLENGE SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY BEING CONDUCTED IN THE UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY: The “Tournament Time Bracket Challenge” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, except for Rhode Island and where prohibited, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By entering the Sweepstakes, you are agreeing to these Official Rules and acknowledge that winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. EST on March 19, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

ENTRY METHODS: Eligible Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by timely submitting a fully completed bracket for the 2026 Men’s Division 1 College basketball tournament (“Tournament”) in one of two ways (“Eligible Bracket”):

Online Entry: Go to: https://fantasy.espn.com/tc/sharer?challengeId=277&from=espn&context=GROUP_INVITE&edition=espn-en&groupId=e3e52a4f-2226-423a-b215-157bdf5204b5 and log in. Please note you may be required to log in to or create an ESPN Profile. If you do not wish to create an ESPN Profile or agree to ESPN’s terms and conditions you may enter by using the Mail in Entry provided below. Fully complete the bracket on ESPN.com’s website and then go to https://schoolofpe.com/pages/tournament-time-march-2026 and complete the signup form on School of PE’s website (“Sign up form”). The bracket and signup form must both be submitted by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Mail in Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without completing the a bracket as detailed in paragraph 3(a), Eligible Participant may print off an uncompleted bracket from espn.com (or email the School of PE to send you a bracket) and neatly fill out all blanks indicating the winner of each game and the total points of the Championship game, along with their full name, street address (no PO Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, and email and daytime telephone number on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it, in a #10 size envelope that must have your full name and complete mailing address that is legibly hand written in upper left hand corner on the outside of the envelope with only an affixed postage stamp that can be used to pay for postage fee (using a metered postage machine will not be accepted as a form of payment for postage and entry would be disqualified), to: School of PE Tournament Time Bracket Challenge Sweepstakes, 425 Metro Place North, Suite 450, Dublin Ohio 43017. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 18, 2026 and received by March 25, 2026 in order to be eligible. Eligible Participants may submit only one mail-in entry. In addition, ineligible entries, entries that indicate more than more than one winner for any game, or otherwise unclear as to the winner of each game or hypothetical game in each round will be disqualified.

Entry Limits: Entries are limited to one overall entry per person.

Lost/Disqualified Entries: The Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost or destroyed for any reason. The Sponsor receives the right to disqualify any entry that in its reasonable judgment has been tampered with, modified or otherwise results in an unfair entry. The Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Eligible participant that submits or attempts to submit more than one entry.

COSTS AND CHARGES TO ENTER. There is no cost to enter the Sweepstakes, but the Eligible Participant is responsible for all costs incurred to submit an entry by mail or access wireless data or internet access to use the School of PE’s website, ESPN.com’s website, or any other website.

SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: The following prizes may be awarded:

Perfect Bracket Grand Prize: Any Eligible Bracket that is received or submitted during the Sweepstakes Period that correctly predicts the winner of each actual game played in the Tournament (“Perfect Bracket”). Any Eligible participant whose bracket qualifies as a perfect Bracket will be eligible to receive a refund of the amount they actually paid for any course purchased from EduMind, LLC, dba School of PE that is either active as of March 1, 2026 or has been purchased but has not yet started (“Active Course”). If the Eligible Participant does not have an Active Course, they will receive a voucher for one (1) class offered by the School of PE, which they may redeem for their own individual use within one year after it is awarded. If no Eligible Bracket is considered a Perfect Bracket, then this prize will not be awarded. If more than one Eligible Bracket is considered a Perfect Bracket, then the Sponsor shall conduct a drawing of all Eligible Participants who submitted an Eligible Bracket and one winner shall be chosen for this Grand Prize.

First Prizes: Any Eligible Bracket, that is not a Perfect Bracket and wins the prize detailed in paragraph 5(a) win be eligible to win a free one (1) month OnDemand access either to an existing School of PE Course or future Course purchase (up to $200 in value) (“First Prize”). A First Prize will be awarded based to the Eligible Participants who submit an Eligible Bracket that predicts the most winners of any games, the second most winners and up to participant who selected the tenth most actual wins, or in the case of ties, is the one of the ten Eligible Participants choose the correct number of wins in their Eligible Bracket. For clarification, a “win” is determined by selecting the actual winner in any given game, even if the winner of the same plays a team that the Eligible participant did not predict to win. A total of ten total First Prizes will be awarded and tie breakers will be determined by the Eligible Brackets that most closely predicted the score of the Championship Game and then by a random drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING PRIZE: Potential winners will be notified via email and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) business hours indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.
After a potential winner has accepted the prize within the time frame provided above, the potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability, as required by the Sponsor and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release will also need to be completed and returned to the Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of his or her prize acceptance. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, a potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes. If the Sponsor cannot verify that such potential winner has complied with the Official Rules, then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected.
In the event of noncompliance within any stated time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner.
The Sponsor is not responsible for suspended accounts, as well as discontinued Internet, wireless, and/or land-line phone service or a change in the entrant’s email, phone number, or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving his/her initial prize notification or his/her prize information.

PRIZE DETAILS:

The following prize, quantities and approx. retail value are as follows:
Up to One (1) Grand Prize – A free School of PE course (maximum value $2,699) or refund of any amount actually paid by the Eligible Participant for a course that is active as a of March 1, 2026 or which has been paid for, but not yet started.
Up to Ten (10) First Prizes – One month of access to a School of PE course (approx. maximum value of $200.00 each)
All Prizes must be redeemed no later than April 1, 2027 and will be forfeited if not redeemed by that date. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Limit one Prize per person.
Prizes may not be sold or given away and are otherwise not assignable. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes he/she receives, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned, or undelivered entries, telephone calls, text messages, emails, or for a lost, interrupted, or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or act in violation of these Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate SchoolofPE.com’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by users of our websites or social media accounts, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption, or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s computer, or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winner from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise, as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email address or Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address. All materials submitted become the property of EduMind, LLC and will not be returned. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS SHALL NOT APPLY TO A RESIDENT OF NEW JERSEY TO THE EXTENT DAMAGES TO SUCH NEW JERSEY RESIDENT ARE THE RESULT OF THE SPONSOR’S NEGLIGENT, FRAUDULENT, OR RECKLESS ACT(S) OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.
Each Entrant agrees (a) that EduMind, LLC, its subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever and are released and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, or rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, copyright infringement, or portrayal in a false light resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related activity.

PUBLICITY AND COPYRIGHT LICENSE: You grant Sponsor an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferrable right and license to exploit your Entry (including, without limitation, your name and likeness and the names and likenesses of any and all persons in the Entry) and any intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, etc.) contained in the Entry in any media now or hereafter known, without any payment or other consideration of any kind, or permission or notification, to you or any third party, for any purpose, including, without limitation, your Entry and any person’s property (physical, personal, intellectual property rights, and indicia) contained therein. The foregoing grant includes, without limitation, the right to reproduce, display, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works of, alter, amend, broadcast, edit, publish, use, merchandise, license, sublicense, and adapt the Entry in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world, for any purpose, whether commercial in nature or otherwise, including in contexts and circumstances that result in your Entry being associated with a particular Sponsor or Sponsors. Accordingly, you hereby waive any objection to, such use including without limitation, distribution, reproduction, creation of derivative works of, public performance, or display of your Entry, and any claim for compensation whatsoever in connection therewith. Such waiver shall include any claim for infringement of any so-called “Moral Right,” “Droit Moral,” or similar right or interest.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: You agree that any claim or dispute at law or equity that has arisen, may arise, relating in any way to or is arising out of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved as follows:

You agree that whenever you have a disagreement with the Sponsor arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, you will send a written notice to the Sponsor, which shall contain at a minimum, your full name, valid email, and phone number (“Demand”). You agree that the requirements of this section will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before you accepted these Official Rules. You must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): Tournament Time Bracket Challenge Contest, EduMind, LLC, 425 Metro Place North, Suite 425, Dublin Ohio 43017. You agree that you will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until 10 business days after you have sent a Demand. If the disagreement stated in the Demand is not resolved to your satisfaction within 10 business days after it is received, and you intend on taking legal action, you agree that you will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitrator”). THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION LIMITS THE ABILITY OF YOU, ADMINISTRATOR, AND SPONSOR TO LITIGATE CLAIMS IN COURT AND YOU, ADMINISTRATOR, AND SPONSOR EACH AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RESPECTIVE RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL OR A STATE OR FEDERAL JUDGE. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT FILE ANY LAWSUIT AGAINST ADMINISTRATOR OR SPONSOR IN ANY STATE OR FEDERAL COURT. For any such filing of a demand for arbitration, you must affect proper service under the rules of the Arbitrator and notice to the Notice Address may not be sufficient. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable to conduct the arbitration, you may file your case with any national arbitration company. The Arbitrator shall apply the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules effective September 1, 2014, (as may be amended) and as modified by the agreement to arbitrate in this Dispute Resolution section. You agree that the Arbitrator will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute you have with the Administrator or Sponsor. The Federal Arbitration Act allows for the enforcement of arbitration agreements and governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT FILE A CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE ACTION AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATOR OR SPONSOR, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE ACTION AGAINST THEM. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT JOIN YOUR CLAIMS TO THOSE OF ANY OTHER PERSON. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Official Rules, if this class action waiver is invalidated, then the agreement to arbitrate is null and void, as though it were never entered into, and any arbitration dispute at that time will be dismissed without prejudice and may be refiled in a court. Under no circumstances do you or the Sponsor agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you, and the Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. The place of arbitration shall be Columbus, Ohio.

PRIVACY POLICY: Please refer to EduMind, LLC’s privacy policy located at https://schoolofpe.com/policies/privacy-policy (“Website”) for details regarding the use of your personal information through this Sweepstakes. If you are verified as the prize winner, your first name, last initial, city, and state will be included in a publicly available winner’s list.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes shall be directed to the Sponsor.
